7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudNativeSolutions.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudNativeSolutions.AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Service Agreements and other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudNativeSolutions.AI regarding the use of our services.
