Hard Count: Make 'Em Jump — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

1. Introduction

This policy explains what information the mobile game Hard Count: Make 'Em Jump (the "Game") uses, and why. The Game is published by CloudNativeSolutions.AI ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies only to the Game; our website and consulting services are covered by our general Privacy Policy.

2. The Short Version

  • You don't create an account, and we don't ask for your name, email, or contact details.
  • Your career, stats, and settings are saved on your device only.
  • The microphone and motion sensors are used on your device only while you play. Nothing is recorded or sent to us.
  • The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device information to show and measure ads, as described below and as you choose in the consent and tracking prompts.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game saves your progress (levels, rings, seasons, in-game currency, stats, confidence, training streak, difficulty, and voice choices) on your device. We don't receive it. Deleting the Game deletes it.

4. Microphone (Optional)

If you turn on "Call It Out Loud," the Game listens to how loud your voice is, live, to detect your snap count. Audio is analyzed on your device as you play. It is never recorded, stored, or sent to us or anyone else. You can turn the feature off in the Game or revoke microphone access in iOS Settings at any time.

5. Motion Sensors and Haptics

The Game uses your device's motion sensors so you can look around the field by turning your phone, and plays vibration patterns for your snap count. Motion data is used on the device in real time and is not stored or sent.

6. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the Game schedules training reminders locally on your device. We don't run a server that sends you messages, and no notification data is sent to us.

7. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Some ads are optional and reward you in the Game (for example, replaying a down); others appear between levels. To serve ads, measure them, limit how often you see them, and prevent fraud, Google's software in the Game may collect:

  • Device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Ad interactions (ads shown, taps, completed views)
  • Diagnostics about ad performance
  • Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt

Your Choices

  • Tracking (iOS): The Game asks permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the advertising identifier isn't used and you will see less personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • EEA, UK, and Switzerland: You'll be asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice anytime from "Privacy Choices" in the Game.
  • More on how Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

8. In-App Purchases

If the Game offers purchases, they are processed by Apple. We don't receive your payment details; we only learn which item was purchased so we can deliver it.

9. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads in the Game are not configured for children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising.

Because the Game keeps your data on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the Game. To opt out of targeted advertising, deny tracking in iOS and, where available, update your choices under "Privacy Choices" in the Game. For information Google holds, see policies.google.com/privacy. For anything else, contact us and we'll respond within the time required by law.

11. Data Retention and Security

We don't operate servers that store your Game data. Data on your device stays until you delete the Game. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the Game.
